Lots of people buying today, Not alot of Sellers on Level 2 if something good comes out of the Webinar today this this could 2-3x overnight. Alot of interest. I would guess TSXV uplisting from there appointment today, maybe desulferization equipment fully operational and working towards meeting there first sales contract, and many other potential catalysts. Did some digging and found out that the institution that owns Cielo is Palos Management. They are based out of Montreal with 156 million under management. They currently hold 2,625,000 shares of Cielo.
