You make it sound like he's selling off all his shares. He's only sold 4 out of 25 million, so still lots of skin in the game. You never know why insiders sell, but it's usually for personal reasons.

That is 20% of his holdings in a "disruptive technology". If this does not raise any questions...well I dont know what to say. The insiders have lined their pockets with cheap options ,warrants and rights. If you have done your DD, then you know that Don has had some struggles with previous companies in the past.
