Thanks to Charlie on tour news.  Sounds promising but whichever way you slice it the timing of Don's sale was terrible as investors await news on desulphurization and continuous production.  Can think of many reasons as to the insider sale and timing and none are good, some obviously worse than others.  But it's a big "f u" to shareholders........unless crapper is

It's my understanding that the reason Don had to sell those share was because they were connected to warrants that were about to expire. I don't think he wanted to sell anything but it was either he sell them and take the cash or he looses them and gets nothing. 4 million is a lot of money to flush down the toilet so that's why it happened. Not because he doesnt belive in the company
