My bet tomorrow going to be the update ,,they want to make sure thurs is a straight cellabration on the new location and really not to fare on the share holder to announce everything is a go ahead when they standing there and could be missing out on buying more shares on the dime when they here the news

What I think he's trying to say is, when ur loyal shareholders are at the ground breaking event to celebrate the event it wouldn't be fair to release any news when they ( the loyal shareholders) won't be able to make trades. So losing on any run up in price, better to announce the day before the groundbreaking ( news release)  so they can participate in the price appreciation. If

Yes your right ,pretty sure they couldn't announce any news like that as the regulators would be all over them.

I agree the timing would certainly be better. Celebrating the breaking ground of a new facility when they haven't yet announced success at their first facility seems to be backwards and could backfire if people at the ground breaking start asking questions. With everything they said last month, we should have had some announcement by now.
