Seems like only a one month slip. I can wait till end of September. The catalyst, intended for use in Cielo’s desulphurization process, designed by the University of Calgary, and produced in China, was not complete when it arrived to the Aldersyde, Alberta facility.  The catalyst required further work and was sent to Texas, USA for catalyst activation and stabalization.

Agreed, they'll be a chance to load the boat it appears, not the end for sure, just for people looking for instant gratification lol. The wait will be worth it glta

I got my stinker filled,couldn't believe it. Your right people now a days don't understand there's always going to be a set back in new generation equiptment. It's inevitable. Rome wasn't built in a day, the space program had several mishaps,Telsa's window failed the embarrasing live test and i could go on. There's a problem and it will be adressed and SOLVED.Aint the

Everytime every God damned time.  Companies have some of the best oil and gas manufacturing facilities in the world right here in alberta and they insist on sending work over seas to save a buck and it ends up costing more in the end either via re work or loss of production.

It might be worth the short term pain if there's long term gain. We don't really know why they're going to China for this stuff, we just have to trust they're making the smart moves.

Manufacturing goes to china because of accounting.  Overall upfront cost of materials and labour.  A lot of the time shipping is also discounted because well commies.  In the end it costs more due to re work and in some cases a complete re manufacturing cycle.  I have worked on so many sites where this has happened.  Best one was Keal lake phase 1 talk about a gong show.
