@gcap1 you mean gamblers not day traders. If everything goes well for Cielo with desulfurization and flow rate it could get back up to $1.50. If there's even a delay again then it could plummet to under 0.20.  i am betting that there's going to be failure because you don't hire 3 engineering companies to fix 3 separate issues if things are going well.
