So then all 10 cities that have signed up for cielos plants got all scammed because the technology does not work, RUI is a scam operation and will never come up with the money to build anything, Peter mckay and all the BOD are scam artists that got sucked into don allens scam company; the desulpherization equipment developed by the university of calgary and built by the chinese is all a scam and does not work and a big hoax, spent money on technology that was never going to work.

You know, i am for fair dialogue on companies but this goes beyond f%cked. Way over the top garbage and innuendo. An engineer told me that they are not recycling anything but used motor oil that they use in there process, so CP rail is being scammed and will have to pick up all there railway ties and clean everything up and sue don allen and cielo for being scammed. There has to be a line in the sand drawn here by cielo. The sh$thawks here that have waited in anticipation of this smear job along with night hawk, the same smear operators that tried this a few months ago, should all be given notice.

Its one thing to post doubts about a company and its operation, but this smear job and trashing of everything that cielo stands for, has worked on for 17 years,  management and everyone associated with cielo, should not be tolerated. GLTA

  where have the 10 cities confirmed? Just because it shows in their operations doesn't mean they are confirmed until a press release. If they can't desulfurization and at a profitable flow rate then these contracts won't be there

There's no city involvement yet.  Cielo has expressions of interest from REUI to license the tech for the 10 cities/regions.
