seems strange your waiting for numbers from a company that is not cash flow positive nor in operation due to its flaky technology .....promises were made ....but the lies were shown ....Don's been a bad boy cashing in his shares quietly, he had to of know the charade could not go on forever until his craaap was exposed ......the market has spoken with over a $1 decline since the last high of 1

I talked with a lawyer friend tonight. He suggested if people feel something unethical has occurred that the investor may be able to file a Ombudsman complaint  He gave me the link below. He's not a financial lawyer but said there may be a case against McWhirter and BNN. If McWhirter just suggested Cielo there would be no case. BUT may have a case be he incited by "pounding the table

He also said it's a possible case if there's been a "pattern " of pumping and dumping with other stocks suggested on BNN
