Not the shorts but management failed to meet certain expectations on a said time frame. Ive held many awesome stocks that at one time had a hard crash to then rebound 10 fold. This was always a high risk stock but still has huge potential to the upside. I sold a bunch in the  $1.20 range and have added back. This type of stock is not for thefaint hearted. Could go sub .10 or could go plus $5.
