Actually, no. The 'secret catalyst" as they refer to it is used in the reactor. It is what facilitates the catalytic action that causes the depolymerization to occur. The catalyst was shipped from China and arrived deficient in some manner. Cielo then sent it off to a company in Texas who supposedly had the ability to "fix" it. That is the last we have heard about it ...more

There are two catalyst. The secret one that comes from Germany, (I think) and the one that came from China. The secret one used in the reactor. The one from China is the one used in the desulpherization process. It arrived incomplete and had to be sent to Texas. That's what caused the delay in getting the good news about the desulpherization equipment working as designed.
