The best defense against a scammer is to hang up. Read the actual facts filed with the securities regulators. Unless Poster starts bringing real facts, not “alt facts”, Poster has to be assumed to be on a toxic mission driven by personal vendetta.

OK then...here are some REAL facts. Cielo has NO sales,revenues or earnings.(from their financials). Insiders have been net sellers with limited buying(from Sedar filed documents).  Shares outstanding have increased dramatically over the past year(again from their financials). You have posted that they have contracts,please let us see them. You posted they are building 11 new facilities
