Sounds to me what they are saying construction costs are to high and they are just going to fine tune the smaller facility for now.What did the rest of you take away from it correct me if I am wrong

they cut the budget for the pilot plat in half.... MD&A - The estimated cost requirement for the R&D Facility is approximately $11.0 million until the end of 2022
