So im very new to stocks. I was watching this Don in charge guy sell out a million shares at the peak over there 1.40 then the stock dumped. And months later he's buying at .60 Is this normal owner/Ceo behavior? It seems like of shady to me.bit my experience is zero.

i hope you do not have a large position in CMC.  This will be an eye opener for you as far as penny stocks and research companies go.  A lot of missrepersentation has all ready happened.  Now the company is diluted another 10 million shares.  if cielo can get it together and make it work they will still be 5 years behind companies like imperial or even tidewater.  I guess
