Looks like a scam right iscfa. Especially the part where they say that they are in discussions with countless municipalities and countries for there plants and technology. It's a scam right iscfa. How can they be doing that when the company is a scam right iscfa. It's just magic beans right iscfa.

And of course...the market is believing them. The only COUNTLESS on this board(and company) are the countless investors who did not see the warning signs and stuck with this !! Notice their cash and working cap #'s are as of July31. A little shell game here as we all know they are lower!! Also the mention of tax credits against INCOME(laughable) they have none. Keep beleiving....at least ...more
