CEO said in CC it needs $50m-75m for 2022. 75m/0.15 (financing price )=500m with same amount of warrants= 1000m. That is almost triple of current shares. i expect 0.02-0.03 after this and reverse split 100 to 1. In mid 2022, SP will be $2 to3.
