Do you realize at .03 cielo would be worth only 18 million dollars. New shareholders would own the company , nothing left for original shareholders. At 18 million that would be the value of real estate only, nothing of value as to the rest of the company. 18 million is not even worth the research money Don and investors put into the company. But hey, keep slinging feces.

Here is some feces. Cielo has lost 66.3 million. They are losing approx 4 million per quarter. They have no revenues. They have a covenant to a lender that requires them to pay 2 million. They are trying to renegotite that(which is a real red flag) to any other potential lender. They require capital to keep going....they will need to raise capital which will increase an already bloated float. Did ...more

Actually all shareholders would own the company. The float has tripled in the past 2 years by offering shares and warrants to keep going. They are going to have to do this again to keep operating.

Last November (2020) Cielo had approx 275 million Shs outstanding at a price 0$.09 for a market cap of $25 million. I am curious as to what you think they have done to justify a market cap of $145million.
