Well I guess we'll see if there is news on or before the sep6th expecting closing date.  

The fact that the stock is dipping on the days leading up to sep6 is a bit concerning .   uggh!  in the dark sucks.

I think all the big players are sitting on this stock.  2021 cielo was one of the highest volume traded stocks on the TSX.  Since then its been a reinvention following those previous mgmt crooks that had a good thing going but lost control and got greedy.  This stock either goes to pennies or it accomplishes its plans and we are back to trading millions of shares per day. Not sure

The stage has been set.  The Rocky transaction is the jumping off point, clearly. Exisiting revenue that when coupled to future expansion would serve as a gateway to capital markets which is one of the last pieces of the CMC puzzle. (Regulatory being the other).
