There is a ~125 million dollar transaction that yields ~18m/year on the table. Despite the rhetoric (justified or not) coupled to past performance, its reasonable to surmise that a significant effort has been made for CMC to turn a corner.  IF it closes, SH's who actually hold shares, will no doubt be gratified that people are working opposed to all the armchair quarterbacks who think ...more

And this apparent asset is looking to do a deal with a BOTTOM feeder like CMC???  The last transaction they did is down approx 75% in less than a year. I am sure many companies are clamouring to get involved with this pipe dream!!
Comment by oilcan2012 on Sep 26, 2024 10:23am
"Bottomfeeder", interesting. What transaction might you be refering to? Clearly, one does with as asset valuation of ~$125m, revenue of ~$18m/y and a plan to grow that to ~$100m/y.  If they close on the RMF deal, its a springboard to growth. That's what legitimate shareholders want, not conjecture and farsical rhetoric.

Ok I'll bite. WHO owns this ASSET now and is receiving this 18 million per year?? Or is it conjecture that...IF...MAYBE....IT COULD.....I hope ....or more of that farsical and USELESS rhetoric. BTW what is a legitimate shareholder as opposed to an ILLEGITIMATE one??? It is someone who has LOST all their money on this disaster??

More like a worm bite... Read the Press Releases!!!! Indeed it is farsical and usless when a narrative is ill informed.  "WHO owns this ASSET now and is receiving this 18 million per year?"  People are attempting to turn CMC around. They may not be successful but at the least there is a significant effort underway. Thats a hell of a lot more impressive than individuals moping ...more

Read the press release.... Sorry I dont read FANTASY!! And based on the share price and volume, nor does anyone else. Enjoy your delusions  about revenues and cash flows and million dollar investments!! This has never been, nor ever will be anything more than a failed P&D that will soon be ZERO!!

Delusions? Those who lack information and post tripe and outhouse drivel, such as yours, which is superficial and at best, ludicrous. The funny thing is, you don't get it!   CMC's ability to complete the RMF transaction remains to be seen. For those, or the ‘one’ who cannot read and post ill informed, the producing asset generates approximately $18 million in revenue per ...more

Ludicrous??? I guess i dont get ......the stock is approx $0.01 pre RS. They have never had any revenue(except some hats and T shirts) and the last deal they did is down approx 80%.  WHO in their right mind would consider any dealings with this disaster. I guess the rest of the investment community is DAFT like me and cannot see the spectacular oppurtunity right before their eyes!! I am ...more

You have a right to your "opinion," which you choose to express despite clearly lacking sufficient knowledge. Shame you do so, high quality subjective debate being much more informative and meaningful. Who cares about the reverse now, CMC is what is today. To pine about actions undertaken by the previous regime, nothing is gained by that. That organizations have chosen to align within a ...more

IF, IF, IF,  keep dreaming. If ANY company has to do a transaction with  CMC, then how strong are they?? Again, put in the simplest form possible....NOBODY is investing here as NOBODY believes there is anything here. as this is the same old tired  dog that should be put out of its misery.
Comment by ErnestFintech on Sep 27, 2024 11:14am
If the RMF transaction doesn't close, then your 'tired dog' theory may be reasonable.  However, I'll leave you to your outhouse vapors, its boring actually.
