Looks pretty good.......insulting that Fruchtexpress offered .09 a share for the whole company.
Double that offer and you'll have a deal......maybe !

If you - or any othersuitor - wanted to offer us .11 we would probably accept that offer for all the shares. Without a competing offer, we wil likely accept .09. Perhps they can work out an increased bid, but I am not sure the comander board of directors has that skill set or contacts. FIngers crossed.
