Letter to Management on Overdue AGM - When is it?!?

Gentlemen

This is my second request: Hoping to get an answer on who approved this AGM delay past Dec 15^th 2024. As a shareholder, I need to write to them to voice the rationale for this meeting occurring on a timely basis.

The listing rules require that an AGM be held within 15 months of the past one, which as we know was Sept 15^th 2023.

I am of the opinion that we need to have an AGM to retain our listing and encourage you to schedule one ASAP, however I will voice this opinion to the party that approved the AGM delay.
