Great acquisition under excellent/flexible terms...Near term production gold mine with bonanza grades and monster type discovery potential...Add great assets in Colombia to the mix all for a market cap of less than $10 million...This stock should be at least double that price! orepass

I'd say double your double estimate, once the financing part is done. The order book is so thin that with tiny bits of volume we achieved the last 100% upside. I would hope for an initial financing at minimum around 20 Cents for 5 million shares so we have the necessary exploration funds in place for 12 months during which CMJ can 1) confirm the grades and twin some holes on Pamlico 2) JV some ...more
