I believe we are very close to an announcement but I have no idea how long it takes for the Peruvian government to sign off on the surface rights which is what provides access. Condor owns everything under the surface and a 80 per cent agreement gets them onto the property and drilling. The agreement is somewhere in the process but my belief is it will be signed off very soon...and ...more
