the mail in ballots (ex pats ) still haven't been counted and apparently they usually go 70% to the right . The mail in could be as high as a million votes .

Unofficially Castillo has won with less than a 1% margin over Fujimori. The election is being contested and those contested votes will need to be reviewed. In the end Castillo will not be able to make the radical changes on mining taxes since their parliment is equally divided. There is also a second House which is virtually split between three parties so this will also block anything too socialist.
