Thtey sell in the public market at 38 cent and exercised warrants at 10 cent.......man what a rotten deal

Warrants were 15 cents. And they've been on the cap table for 3 years. The positive here is that cash from warrant dilution is actually coming at a time when the issuer actually needs it.
