Good post...it accounts for why some people like Lucy and her nephews may feel emboldened. Still they are committing criminal offences towards the drillers. The fix will need to be better security either Level 2 or Level 3. You need to buy a 35 day window for drillers. You can proceed by injunction, arrest of Lucy and the nephews, and enhanced security.
