delay of news . They may be trying to expand the DIA and we all know in the past this hasn't been an easy task . If they were to announce bonanza grades before they had the DIA in hand the locals could even shake them down for more ticcky . So , get the DIA first then release great assys . 
These are only my thoughts or should I say wishful thinking but , it could be the case .
Yes , this is legal for the exchange because it is no different than tight hole status that oil companies use .

If you think that's what the delay is, Lyle shouldn't have have said he was going to release all assay results when received, suggesting January as a release date.

The end of January was an estimate.  Futhrmore, they said they needed time to compile and evaluate the results.  I don't understand all of the anxiety.  Patience,  We will know the results in due time.
