The market weakness is not the primary source of Condor's problems which is that nothing is being done on property development to warrant investor interest. WRT the markets: I'm expecting today's rebound to be a dead cat bounce. The following drivers are still  in play: 1) Japan carry trade (It will take more than jawboning to arrest the problem) 2) US Presidential election (Both

I don't think any NR in this market could get the share price rocking . The venture is just dismal right now . The saying " go away in May and come back in September " is in full affect this year . I am holding out for hope that Chris puts out a string of NR's in September right after the September holiday .

I don't think the market weakness is a short term event.  The global bubbles are bursting. The metals will turn up when the Fed is forced to implement more QE.  And as much as I'd like to see Condor actually start drilling, I'm not banking on that happening in the Fall.  The history has been one of continued delays, so perhaps something happens in early 2025.  IMO.
