@StopRunner Detour gets 91/92% recovery and Agnico is planning to do 28 million tons a year by 2025. That’s about 76,000 tons per day. Even at 1g/t with 91% recovery they get the same 0.9 g/t recovered. Can someone explain to me how the Detour Gold mine in a far more remote location than Timmins is able to make so much money but somehow Canada Nickel couldn’t work at 120,000 tpd with higher value rock? Still waiting for someone to explain that one to me.
