I really hope that Glencore deal got finalized.

Look at it this way RM. Glencore wants to do an MOU with someone. It's obvious because they already had one done for that concentrator to be used by monarch gold for their wasamac property. Then Yamana came in and purchased wasamac and it looks like that MoU fell through. That was the opportunity for CNC to step in. CNC is a huge plus to be in there for so many reasons already stated here. I

Yeah I hope you're right and it somehow is done. It's just that the stock got halted for just the MOU. Wouldn't they have to announce it if the deal got finalized? They could still announce it this week - but it's hard to organise a conference call to discuss it if they don't know if the exchange will unhalt it. Endzone/RM... If this thing gets halted tomorrow morning, it could stay halted until the 20th because there's so much news to digest. apapas1973 , I;m thinking more of the 850 meters of extesion to the west of Crawford main zone comimng out before Macdermid as drill results have been delayed and they just started drilling Macdermid in early April ..time will tell..we have a gem here and wishing all shareholders the best..glta

For the Crawford extension idle, yes. 100%. Results have to be ready. But from what i remember and i could be wrong, I'd have to go back and check, I thought we were supposed to get preliminary results from macdiarmid even by the last deadline of the PEA which was end of April... Not quite sure what Selby is up to. News should have already come out on at least one thing already.

apapas, you are correct i just checked back and they figured they could get permits to drill early March...it would've had to be put on a priority list to get it drilled out and analized by this time...presumming permits were successfull..glta

Idle, I was just trying to refresh a little on the properties. Macdiarmid has to be priority. It's crucial. They have to target/drill there first and go all in. From some of the past news articles, they state macdiarmid is 15% larger than the Crawford main zone. Also if you look at the map, macdiarmid is just west of the Kidd Creek concentrator. They're basically nextdoor neighbors. You

apapas , first of all that was just a forward looking statement on Macdermid lol on Mark's part...and for the Macdiarmid property it's west of the mine site and the mine site is a far way away from the metsite...but metsite and minesite are linked by rail wich Glencore own..Macdirmid is only coming in as a growth property and not part of innitial resource..it will be added in July to a new

Very true apapas, it could be a long halt should we get one tomorrow. Nothing is guaranteed of course, but when I look at the team involved here and the fact we've had two delays for good reasons, my money is on a very positive outcome. Good luck to all.

@apapas1973 - Why would trading halted - at the end it's just news - I find that rather strange but maybe it is common practice in the mining industry. Is it? Back when it got halted because of the MOU with Glencore wasn't that a special case because they had to coordinate with each other and Glencore HQ is in Switzerland.  Sounded more like it was a mistake and they had to pull the

If it's substantial news, the exchange also wants to see a halt to look it over, which varies depending on how detailed it is. Won't halt for drill results I would think, more for the PEA or for any possible Glencore news.

Yes if it is a deal with Glencore then I am assuming they would need to halt for a period of time. The length of the halt isn't up to CNC, it is up to the exchange. That is why I am getting doubtful about any Glencore news because there isn't a guarantee that the halt will be lifted and they could release/discuss the PEA (which relies on this deal by Thursday. The 2 posts above yours caramba from endzone and RM explain it best I think. If there's one company that can release news to SIGNIFICANTLY impact its share price, it's CNC. Like endzone says there's no guarantees but cnc is one of those companies that has the potential to gap up 2 or 3 fold. If that's the case, they won't start trading again until everything is reviewed. But

Rm9090  ... the Glencore deal is actualy irrelevent to the big picture..it's just there to show that we can obtain a good concentrate value for our ore a pilot program...the economics need to show that there is value in this projec for the big picturet...i;m just wondering how there going to evaluate the electrical cost when they got no numbers from Takawa Tagamou ...glta
