We are poised to become the largest base metal mine we are waiting for more asseys. we are waiting for strategic partner news by end of march we are waiting for feasibility by end of year, we either get taken out for a huge premium or we go into production by 2024 if glencore's concentrator can be used, into 2026 production if we get our own. We are also looking at being Net zero carbon and ...more

Oh CNC is going into production itself with what imaginary billion dollars?
Comment by N3tPr0phet on Feb 09, 2022 6:08pm
The strategic partner is Auramet. Selsby will give them 50% of the company for $30M to settle the facility loan after it matures. Dumont 2.0

I better sell tomorrow, the prophet has spoken. LOL
Comment by Iwant2Retire on Feb 09, 2022 10:36pm
So what do you think? CNC announces a strategic partnership with Auramet and the stock price doubles? Triples?  Curious minds want to know......
Comment by CEOofEPO on Feb 09, 2022 11:29pm
I think may is going to come and the share price will be like 1.50 because sellsby hasn't locked up a strategic

Your just too funny. Seems every time you start flapping the stock goes up a little. Not very good for your short position.
Comment by PCGuy10 on Feb 10, 2022 10:00am
My take has already been mentioned on this board. The Strategic partner needs to be a big mining company that understands the operations of low grade bulk tonnage miniing, not a hedge fund or financing company. If it's not a BHP then it tells the world that they are not ready for this type of deposit. Dumont is the Elephant in the room. If it was the next Voisy's Bay then I don't see ...more

> The strategic partner is Auramet. Selsby will give them 50% of the company for $30M to settle the facility loan after it matures. Yeah, I hope it doesn't turn out to be Dumont 2.0. He got Dumont "shovel ready", but there were never any shovels due to depressed nickel prices and then subsequently pissing away the company until only 28% was left. At least this time around ...more

I'd love your insight on why you're certain it's Auramet? I'm newer to the nickel game and am curious as to what made you think this.
Comment by N3tPr0phet on Feb 10, 2022 10:12pm
It was somewhat tongue-in-chick but Auramet presently holds a $10M facility loan against CNC, the relatively unfavourable terms of which were meant to tide the company over while they made a deal with a strategic partner. This strategic partner was originally represented as being announced before Christmas, which turned into Q1, by which the facility loan is slated to mature. Meanwhile, Dumont ...more

Lol little do the cheerleaders know it's people trying to buy the land to develop housing not a mine. If mining 0.2 percent nickel is the new way of mining someone should just dig up the entire Canadian shield
Comment by Seahawk001 on Feb 11, 2022 12:20am
I guess I'm a troll waiting to get in lower like buddy stated lol I've seen enough here and headed to oil n gas Pull out and get back in when it's faveourable, this is going no where fast
Comment by CEOofEPO on Feb 11, 2022 12:38am
It is clear you have never bought junior mining stocks before. They are pure momentum plays or buy and hold for 10 years and hope they get bought out.
Comment by Seahawk001 on Feb 11, 2022 12:53am
It's clear I got out when the strategic wasn't announced :) First Helium (Heli) is where I'm parked

There seems to be an assumption that the Canada Nickel’s PEA proved the economic viability of this project, leading to zealous discussions of imminent takeover bids, and strategic partners. Despite, Ausenco’s Preliminary Economic Analysis concluding with this statement:  “Whether an economic size and grade of deposit can be developed from the CUC will be predicated largely on the success of ...more

Or you can rely on the PEA also on Cedar?
Comment by SimplyRunRig on Feb 11, 2022 11:14am
If they were to sell shares to pay off the $10M, at least it would require only about a 3% dilution rather than 30 or 50% of the company.
Comment by N3tPr0phet on Feb 11, 2022 1:10pm
Current marketcap is $250M. $10M/$250M = 4%. If Selby comes up short on a partnership by Q1 and needs to raise on the open market, I think there would be some well-deserved skepticism that would drive the marketcap down and increase the dilutive effect. I also said $30M, so 4% x ($30M/$10M) = 12% before accounting for the presumed drop in share price. 50% was a bit of hyperbole meant to harken ...more

Selby said in his last interview that he has the ability to extend the loan facility if needed
Comment by EndZonefor7 on Feb 11, 2022 2:36pm
Exactly Rm90090, That's been pointed out several times but if you're short or want in cheaper you will keep using that faux statement. If more chairs came to the table with companies from all levels of the mining and EV bizz then it's hard to believe there won't be a good deal before end of Q1.
