While I don't necessarily disapprove of our course of action, I am actually very interested to see what Mark will say in the next Crux interview as I feel the air needs to be cleared on what went down and why.

Prediction: He will say that SO MANY companies were interested in being their strategic, but at the end of the day the price spike gave an opportunity to get the funding they needed without giving up as much equity. Problem is - without a major as a strategic - they dont prove to the world that the mining titans actually care about the project - which I beleive is needed to move the sp price
