Deals like this most recent one is negotiated for weeks, if not, months! So, Mark got financing almost equivalent to what CNC was trading at several weeks ago! A great deal!  I bought more yesterday at its temporary discount! GLTA

I fully agree and have no doubt that we will find out more when the company is able to update. It's very possible that due to the recent financing that they are in a required quiet period. As you stated-This deal was worked on for awhile. The events of the past week were unknown and could not be factored in. Personally I am pleased with it and the potential it provides.  My longs shares ...more
