Today is his last day to announce a strategic partner, as promised. If that announcement does not come, then an explanation to the shareholders is warranted. I would encourage posters here to reach out to him at the above address for an answer if nothing arrives by midnight. As an investor, I expect an honest response from him. As a businessman, I would reach out to my customers if plans have changed.

Tepco.....as has been mentionned before, please keep in mind CNC might be in quiet period till after the last p.p closes. So be prepared for no news till after April 7. 0nly based on my assumption. Could go either ways. Glta

Without letting the 'cat out of the bag', a simple uddate would go a long way for investors here. I don't believe this would constitute material news. But you are right. I believe it will be quiet until April 7th. It better get noisy after that, though.

teppo10 , Mark has been very adement in the past that he wants minimum share dilution for CNC...He was looking for $30 million from strategic and obviously this didn't come about...this was first of all stated for before the new year then prolonged to end of Q1 with as he stated a buffer in place to have it done before end of March...he obviously followed a different path and got us $45

Well said idle. I'm not banking on any strategic major stepping in here until more drill results are out.  Mark just got $50 million and more thrown at him so there is more bang for the shareholder value at this point in time to help get the price moving north adding to their positions in the open market.  A major is not going to bring in long term buying, it would be a short term

I tried this 3 times in the past 3 weeks including follow-ups.  Not once did I receive a reply. VERY disappointing I have to say.  After all I've been invested in this for more than a year.  The question I sent was a very simple one to answer, but nothing - niente.
