CNC Texmont Midlothian etc

Hello everyone,

I looked up Dunite, Awaruite and so on.  These minearlas are by no means rare and are quite plentiful worldwide.  IE: Mount Dun, in other words a mountain of Dunite.

Can anyone give us a ballpark figure as to what the Nickel per pound value has to be in order to finance the construction of a concentrator/ smelter in Ontario?

The  Dumont property in nearby Quebec, privately owned,  has been shovel ready for over 10 years and nothing is happening. Please remember, Hydro in Quebec is probably half price compared to Ontario.

Thoughts anyone.

Dumont died at the buk sample stage. I suspect the recoveries were too low.

A smelter will be built by a steel processor out of the goodness of their hearts

androc , if you read CNC PEA you will see they generate $274 million of free cash flow utilizing $7.50 a lbs...now that was with lower recoverie rates to last testing and not including carbon captures , also CNC has doubled the resource and mine life wich we will see in feasibility study ...they should reach above $400 million FCF anualy and a smelter isn't required as Glencore and Vale ...more

keeping in mind ...50,000 ton a year of nickel is 110,000,000 million pounds ...now for every dollar above the $7.50 PEA NUMBER ..CNC will generate $110,000,000.00 of FREE cash flow over and avove the $274 million ..at todays price it's above $220 million plus ...and this doesn't include better recoveries and carbon capture credits ...again no brainer ..oh ya that's just Crawford ...more
