Yes Mrdales. Good to see overburden is about 10 meters down and not 30 plus meters. Less rock to move before the product comes out. Grades are in line. Actually I would say they're a little above some of our properties that have .24 and .22. Well now need to see what we pay up to acquire 100% of the property. GLTA
