Feasibility

well by doubling resource it would be easy to say at $8.50 nickel price and increase recoveries and carbon capture facility...CNC should be easily 2 plus billion NPV at a 40 year mine life and free cash flow generator over 500 million anualy... the actual reasons this will happen compared to past times are the goverenements  has come staight out on new funding that will reduce most risk financing wise on the Crawford ..just a matter of time ...patience required ...remember Voisey bay was quiet before the sorm...glta

Idlebird...words of wisdom. Lol In a world with depleting resources, we can only hope low grade deposits with high volume and tonnage processing will soon be the only options. Look at Detour Gold history as a perfect example. They shut it down and now loer grades are verry profitable when done right. And no carbon credits for them either as far as I know. Did you notice the gasoline price increase ...more

cravingprofits , one thing i forgot to add as i don't want to sound only positive lol the capex will be higher but again people will get confused with the 1.2 billion for the initial build of a 3 phase approach CNC was taking in PEA ..IT WAS ORIGINALY 30,000 TPD TO 60,000 TPD THEN 120,000 TPD PHASE 3 ...mARK MENTIONED IN AN INTERVIEW FEASIBILITY AT 60,000 TPD..Therefore we can expect a CAPEX ...more

Great posts as usual idle and all valid points on increase in CAPEX. Inflation has hit all industry and it isn't stopping BHP etc from building mines in tougher areas of the world. $800 million is a drop in the bucket when each battery plant is $18 billion. They need nickel desperately and Vale can't provide it all.    Crawford infastructure with highways and clean hydro close ...more
