Hi Rockstar: where was I?  I was cheering CNC and hoping that this was the real deal and that the developments would stand the test of time.  In other words that the market would review these developmetns do their diligence and then sustain the share price by voting with their dollars.  This didn't happen.  It was yet another spike up only to go down again as you can see
