transfer agents needed 
so its being done on I OWE YOU s with out actual shares,
How will this stop
u need to cross your shares 
artificially create liquidity or
the bank computers pick this up on scanners lack of volume and sell the...i owe you shares into the lack of liquidity
then buy shares at lower levels close the short but repeat thousands of times
sadly this may give you the 1.00 cnd  bigshooter chief

my assitants on TA concerned with NI gragh my team is willing to place floor at 1.10 we need to fully understand that loonie a sinking ship of doom governed by imbecils and unions these finer plays like cnc are very cheap globally. we expect some take outs by cash or shares despite weak TA  on commodity. Tom our team will be more intrigued by c. heat pnpn but later on week we see liquidity
