We are thrilled to announce that California Nanotechnologies (Cal Nano) recently had the privilege of visiting the prestigious Idaho National Lab! Our visit aimed to explore collaboration opportunities in advancing Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) technology and propelling it towards large-scale commercialization.
SPS is revolutionizing the field of materials science, and Cal Nano and INL are at the forefront of this exciting innovation. This cutting-edge technology allows us to create high-performance materials with exceptional properties, elevating industries across the globe.
Our visit to Idaho National Lab proved to be an invaluable experience as we toured their lab which is home to the largest SPS system in the world! This system is capable of consolidating components with SPS up to 24” OD!! We had the opportunity to engage in fruitful discussions with esteemed experts, exchange knowledge, and explore ways to drive SPS technology to new heights.
