Bad news
This is not good news. Unfortunately, the price of CRE stock will drop. Investors who have placed themselves in order to speculate on obtaining the permit will decide to exit.

The exploration part is actually great news. Dealing with rhe government is always painful. Layers and layers of red tape.

Hello Tinker. I agree, the exploration part is good news. Question. Do you have any thoughts on how or if, an additional 90 day delay can affect construction due to weather. Is there a risk now of loosing more time due to onset of winter? cheers

I was told that the build could go ahead anytime, even in winter. That being said, the federal 90 day delay still allows for a summer start. And the provincial permit should be enough to trigger an agreement with a partner. We are still on track as far as I know.

Good insights Blaggers,, Do you know if the permits are going to be for all the property or only for project presented ? I imagine its only for the project on the table, but that it will be faster to get permits for other parts of the property. I think honestly that the reserves could at least double on Rose. Cheers,

All permits will be valid only for rose project phase 1. Every time a project needs to be modified new permits are needed.
