I think people are just selling to free cash to put into momentum stocks on this very green day. We are a long hold and we will have our day but its just not now. One day we will be the stock to jump at on a good day. I almost think i will take CRE off my daily watch list so i just stop associating it with my actives. Anyway, not worried and could be a good time to buy or accumulate more.

As for when this could move -- the Feds are taking feedback until May 28 then will write their report to the Ministry. Discussions with strategic partner have been done, I'm pretty sure of that, Now waiting for permits to sign deal.
