....to such a strong market and that people flee our stock to buy companies that are providing yield and less risk. Our path will change once we get our green light but we will be flying between 1.3 and 1.5 until this happends.

Yup, it's painful to watch how this stock performs compared to the market. It did provide good returns from the lows last year but most of us just held and or added.  There is zero interest and until some material updates come in, will drift lower on low volume. However will jump big time should permit are provided and agreement signed. But this could be 9 months away. Hold your shares
