I'm not very much of a cheerleader post writer, we have some good ones over here. But more in a what it look's like post writer. Yesterday was maybe a PERMIT annunciated coming in a near term. Maybe a part a shots cover up also. Still think that 1.85 should (could) be a resistance for some days all depending on the PERMIT delay coming up. So for me 1.85 and after that (when one or all ...more

I like how you think 110158 If permits alone can bring us to 2.40, then what where will the partner news bring us ?  We have seen juniors with less value and way behind us in theit timeline go to impressive heights. So it is hard to say where our SP will settle but a larger crystal ball might point to a number anywhere between 2.50 and 5.00 before the build starts. Educated guess, crystal ...more

Hate to say it but the closest thing to compare is Nemaska... and we can look at their price for reference. The market is different now compared to few years ago so maybe $2.40 is possible these days. Let's get the permits first as if there's another delay announcement will set us back. good luck longs

Hi Monkeyhere171, Price is one thing, number of shares is another.  NMX had over 1 billion shares outstanding.  CRE will have only in the end about 200 million shares outstanding.  CRE would have to jump to 12$ to have the same valuation.
Comment by Wheeler on Jun 02, 2021 8:45am
That is true but nmx topped 2.40 long before it had a billion shares out, however, I do recall them hitting the $billion market cap. If we could hit that mark we would all be doing very fine.

Correct, my reference is strictly related to permits news market reactions. The share price appreciated around 80% in the days after the announcement before slowly retreating. The terrible dilution happened afterwards.

Based on the corporate presentation - the Rose project alone has an after tax NPV of $726,000,000 using an 8% discount rate -- if we assume FD 200m shares we get to $3.63/share full value for Rose alone. This share price does not factor in increasing prices for spudomene, lithium etc. nor does it take in to consideration the very real possibility of Rose II and other projects on the company's ...more

The NPV relies on LCE oprice of 10 000 $ while all the other companies have a price of around 13 500 $.  If CRE would use 13 500 $ it would the valuation be in the billions (around 2).  So that's 3 times or around 10 $.

I think a $1B market cap is achievalbe.  An extra $3500/T for 20K Tonnes would be an extra $70M/yr for the company and over the 17 year mine life it adds $638M USD to the NPV. The surveys might also show more resources around Rose.  Phase 2 will also add a lot of value to the company. If I remember correctly, JSL and Dr Haber told us last summer that for an integrated company, roughly ...more
