Okay now with the permit who can we compare reasonably with to gauge an idea where we may be headed? Rock Tech?

Rock Tech have about 80,000 shares fully dilluted but have a much smaller lithium deposit. They are at the preliminary assesment phase and have no permits. They do not have cheap electricity for their project or a ready made infrastructure to their mine as far as I can see, and no commitment from a sizable partner. They are years away from a build.
