So guys if Comex has submitted its decision to the provincial minister is there a time limit he has to submit his decision like the federal minister who had 30 days after hearing the Comex recommendations?

Comex has not yet rendered their reccomendation (or if they have it has not been made public). The federal government had a timeline of one year (to which they added 90 days) but it had nothing to do with comex and to my knowledge the provincial government can declare their decision at any time they want regardless of anything comex says or does. Why people still saying that a deal with OEM is pending? No battery manufacturer will sign a deal with a junior producing spodumene, best will be a major chemical company.. The hydroxide plant is min 3 years away, requiring FS, permits and financing...  With full permits, I hope we will finally break $1.8 but I'm still disappointed that it didn't happen with the federal permits. Whoooops guilty as charged, sorry bout my optimism but after 11 years you can`t blame me for a little Pumping here and there.....so now I think I will go back to my spreadsheet and figure out where I am going to spend the rest of my money when the Dam finally breaks open... GO CRE GO

SP normally takes into account futur revenues as expectation inluded in it so it''s not totally relevant that it takes 3 years. SP is actually cheap when you consider futur revenues when this will be areality it will be ''too late''. IMHO
