Why does it take so long for CRE to move?

CRE has been saying roughly the same thing over the last ten years. Access to existing power lines and roads. Quebec government supports. Valuable minerals..... But why does it take so long to move forward until this year when we finally see the Federal permit?

Brutally painful! I emailed Comex this morning inquiring if a recommendation has been made to the Minister and they replied that the matter is "still under review by the Committee " . Hopefully they come to a conclusion in the next meeting months end.
