Look at Sigma Lithium, they are in similar (though more advanced) situation like CRE.V. Sigma is scheduled to enter into production in q2'22 and their SP is around $12 now. CRE.V won't have to wait until 2025 to do that.

Sigma is partnered (offtake) with Mitsui to supply Korean and Japanese car makers. Eric has said that the permits this year and the catalysts next.
