Lithium Stocks Jumping California Says RIP to Gas Lawnmowers

What most interested me about this article is the fast pace of these changes. 2024 is a very near term target for this new legistlation and likely to move into other states very quickly. We are all aware of vehicles and power storage but there are going to be so many new applications in need of lithium supply.

I didn't take electric mowers seiously until I tried one this spring, less than 24h later I bought myself a 56V mower and would never go back to a gas mower. It's much lighter, doesn't smell and folds for compact storage. All my neighbours want one. I noticed that users often buy spare batteries. Garden tools will consume way more lithium than people think.  Permits please ...more

I assume this includes or will eventually include quads, dirt bikes, etc. When you start adding everything up tools, boats, dirt bikes etc will consume a huge amount of lithium beyond just the car market.

The fact is, the only way to limit climate change and save the planet, is to stop burning any type of fossil fuel and electrify everything! There is no other option.
