If you read all the COMEX discussion, it points out thet COMEX has recently posted information dating back a few months. So it is not pertinent,

Right tinker.....but if THE permit is not issued before mid december, we can easily guess it will be in 2022....those government officials will already be at Christmas time....so no very much things will come out of those offices....So at least not before mi January if so
