Frontier

Just did a bought deal with Cannacord for $10,000,000 at 1.86 per share. Currently trading at $1.52.

Nothing it's said it all, but each situation is, could, should be different. The fact is that we are in CRE and not Frontier.  Always have been told that what is long is good.....wouah it will be great for us in this case

Too many cheerleaders for CRE (is my opinion).  We are getting screwed right before our eyes and shareholders seem like they could care less. Let's look at Frontier (and no offense to them).  They are trading at $1.52 and did a similar bought deal as us but at $1.86 Let's look at Critical.  We were trading a $1.97 with all the momentum in the world going for us and we did ...more

Slow down folks, The FL PP is completely different than what we did.  The FL deal are whats called "Flow Through" shares. They are alway done at a premium, mainly because they have a tax credit attached for expenses that flows from the company to the share holder.  If you participate in the FL deal you can claim a % of your investment as a tax credit equal to your income tax ...more

It's the fact that management made a deal that helped interested party to walk the price down! Why there is no hold period for the PP that CRE did?  On the other hand, FL is making a deal that makes it more complex to short sell it due to taxation! Now, who looks after the best interest of the shareholders? As I said, the price will go up, but not in the timeframe we want, just hope ...more

Thanks for the explanation blowshigh. I am not that well versed in these deals, but I was definitely frustrated in seeing that last night. Don't get me wrong, I am still long since 2017 and way in the green but like everyone else here just can't wait for this project to become a reality.
